The huge press coverage surroinding mushrooms and the associated benefits pricked my consciousness into adding Lions Mane into my daily supplement regime...first I needed to find a reputable company who's values on quality, proceess and customer care matched my own...After researching for sometime I was fortunate enough to find Alchemy dose.

It's been approximately 14 weeks since I started taking Lions mane. One dose of 1 gram initially and now a twice daily dose of 1 gram for the last 3 weeks. The difference Lion's mane has made is quite remarkable, my memory recall, cognitive function and ability to remain focused in situations where previously I may have become distracted has made a huge difference to my work and personal life.

I recently tried Alchemy Dose's Mushroom Infused coffee and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved it! As someone who loves coffee but often experiences anxiety and jitters from the caffeine, I was eager to try a new alternative. And boy, did this coffee deliver!

you’re genuinely doing a great job <3 plus, on my end, college life is preeeetty hectic :p plus we live on a residential campus so it’s blazing insane when it comes to lifestyle and how subtly its effect creep in. i was lowkey vvv done w my sleep schedule and unable to manage stress, and as much as i like the zaza it’s not the most efficient plant when it comes to accessibility and availability ;-; plus also, i needed something that doesn’t just wear off and ong…ive tried reishi for sleeping better and in just 3 days i’ve noticed how well rested my body feels. i feel calmer and more present throughout the day and simply connected without putting in too many efforts and i am all in for this.

yet to try lion’s mane but i have it w me i’m saving it for when i have to start studying intensely during mid terms so gonna mix it up w coffee next week onwards that’s something i am looking forward to!!!
