It's been approximately 14 weeks since I started taking Lions mane. One dose of 1 gram initially and now a twice daily dose of 1 gram for the last 3 weeks. yet to try lion’s mane but i have it w me i’m saving it for when i have to start studying intensely during mid terms so gonna mix it up w coffee next week onwards that’s something i am looking forward to!!!
