Alchemy Dose is a brand of Nutradose Private Limited, and throughout these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Nutradose Private Limited. By visiting our site or purchasing from it, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they incorporate: our Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellations policy and Privacy Policy, each available in the footer of this site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms by posting the new version on this page, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us, including your name, address, phone number and email, is accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping it up to date so we can fulfil your order and contact you about it.
2. Our products
Our products are food supplements sold under an FSSAI licence. They are foods, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The information on this site, including descriptions of mushrooms, compounds, traditional uses and published research, is provided for education and general interest. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare practitioner. Consult a practitioner before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition, and always read the label of the product you receive. If anything on this site conflicts with the product label, the label prevails.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it, and our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. We may decline or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, orders we cannot verify, and orders limited per person, household or address. If we decline or change an order after payment, we will tell you promptly using the contact details on the order and refund any amount paid for the declined part in full.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already accepted. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment partners, and we never see or store your full card or banking credentials. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders within India, and we may confirm a COD order by call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
5. Shipping, delivery, returns and cancellations
Shipping destinations, charges and timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, replacements and the inspection process are set out in our Refund and Return Policy. Cancelling an order before dispatch is covered by our Cancellations policy. Those three documents govern those subjects, and if these terms and those policies ever differ on such a subject, the specific policy prevails.
6. Errors and inaccuracies
Despite our care, the site may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, offers, shipping charges or availability. Where an error is material to an order, for example a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the affected order even after it has been placed. If we do, we will tell you and refund everything you paid for it in full.
7. Purchases made elsewhere
Alchemy Dose products are also sold on Amazon India, Blinkit and through other retail partners. These terms apply only to purchases made on alchemydose.com. Purchases made on other platforms are governed by that platform's own terms and its return and refund policy.
8. Website content
We work to keep the content of this site accurate and current, but the material on it is provided for general information and we do not promise that it is complete, current or error-free at all times. Product images are as accurate as photography and screens allow, and the colour you see depends on your display. We may modify or remove any content on the site at any time.
9. Intellectual property
The Alchemy Dose name and logo, and the content of this site including text, images, videos, packaging designs and page layouts, belong to Nutradose Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any part of the site or its content for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
10. Reviews and submissions
If you send us reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions or other material, whether on the site, by email or on social media, you allow us to use, edit, publish and translate that material in any medium without restriction or compensation, and you confirm it is yours to give and does not infringe anyone's rights. Your submissions must not be unlawful, abusive, obscene, defamatory or misleading, and must not contain malicious code. We may moderate, edit or remove submissions at our discretion, including reviews that make medical or therapeutic claims about our products which we are not permitted to publish. You are responsible for what you submit, and you must not impersonate anyone or use a false email address.
11. Prohibited uses
You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to violate any law, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to transmit viruses or malicious code, to collect or track others' personal information, to spam, phish, scrape or crawl, or to interfere with the security or operation of the site. We may end your access to the site for violating any of these.
12. Third-party links and tools
The site may contain links to third-party websites and may give you access to third-party tools. We do not control them, we provide them as-is without any warranty, and we are not responsible for their content or for anything you purchase or do on a third-party site. Review their terms and policies before you transact with them.
13. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise that your use of the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend or withdraw the site at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutradose Private Limited and its directors, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, or any other law that cannot be limited or excluded by agreement. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutradose Private Limited and its directors, employees, agents and partners from any third-party claim, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or of anyone's rights.
15. Suspension and termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the site. We may suspend or end your access if you breach them, and you remain responsible for amounts due on orders placed before termination. Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, survive termination.
16. Severability, waiver and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site and replace any earlier version.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
