Shipping & Refund Policy

Domestic Shipping:

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched, but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer. 


Your order can only be canceled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on In such cases, the order will be canceled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

Cancellation of an Order by Alchemy Dose (

Alchemy Dose reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product, due to any reason ( incorrect listing price etc), irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed or payment made. 100% payment shall be refunded to the customer in such a case within 07 working days.

Replacement/ Refund Policy by Alchemy Dose (

In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our products, you have an option of informing us within 07 days of the date of receipt of delivery.  To initiate the return process, please email us at with your Order Number & the Reason for replacement/refund. If in case the courier is found ineligible for refund, we will send the product back to you. Alchemy Dose would have the complete right to decide whether the order can be returned or not, the customer shall not dispute the same & accept the decision of Alchemy Dose.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

 – the item may be damaged during transit

 – there might be a manufacturing defect

 – that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 7 days after receipt of the package. To get a refund or replacement, email us at your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

  • If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer the best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.
  • If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.

Refund of Payment:

If  the order has been paid for by credit card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.  Refunds of payments are typically processed within 14 days.
