Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free shipping across India.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical delays, delivery timelines may vary slightly.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please write to connect@alchemydose.com.

  • Once the cancellation request is acknowledged, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

❌ Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Cancellation by Alchemy Dose

Alchemy Dose reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons such as pricing errors, stock issues, or operational constraints.

  • In such cases, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligibility

  • We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products

  • Products must be new and unused

  • Return requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at connect@alchemydose.com with:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return or exchange

Returns will be processed only after confirmation from our team. Any item sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Valid Reasons for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements will be accepted in cases of:

  • Damage during transit

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect product delivered

In such cases:

  • The product will be replaced at no extra cost, or

  • A full refund will be issued, as applicable

Return Method & Fees

  • Return method: By mail

  • Return shipping: Free (return label included in the package)

  • Restocking fees: None

If a return is deemed ineligible after inspection, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned product is received and approved

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer in the customer’s registered name

Exchange Availability

If a replacement product is unavailable:

  • We will offer the best possible alternative, or

  • Process a 100% refund, based on the customer’s preference
