Matcha is a stone-milled tea powder rather than an extract, so there is no extraction ratio. What you taste is the leaf itself. What we add to the Mushroom Matcha is a measured 500mg or 1000mg of mushroom extract per serving, and 100mg of Suntheanine, the patented 99 percent pure form of L-theanine that occurs naturally in green tea leaves.
Whisk into hot water for a traditional preparation, or into steamed milk for a matcha latte. Ceremonial grade means it is made for drinking as tea, not for baking.
